Purchased a console love seat made by Palliser and within one month, one side started to sag. They said the problem was the foam in the seat which they replaced. That did not solve the issue but they refuse to do anything further. My new loveseat looks like I picked it up from the dump. Palliser refuses to do anything either. Not worth the frustration of dealing with these guys. Customer service terrible.
