Do Not Buy Delonghi

Bought a Bean to Cup coffee machine 22nd January 2018, went faulty December 2018, uses at most twice a day. Contacted Delonghi 7th January by phone, (after a long wait), emailed proof of purchase same day at requested. Sent email 9th requesting confirmation of receipt of proof of purchase, no reply. Phoned 10th Jan, got verbal confirmation details received and advised that someone would be in contact shortly to arrange collection. On 16th Jan took machine back to Argos where it was purchased. After 30 minutes wait, they got Delonghi on the phone, after being pushed for Delonghi advised would be at least the 22nd Jan before there would be in contact to arrange for the item to be collected. I will then have to wait at least another 7 day to get it back. Have still not received any reply from Delonghi. Now That's what I call service. Have a old Krups pod machine which is still working after years.
