Do not buy Dacor

Update by user May 17, 2019 Actually the first time I spoke with customer service they basically told me to F off... I wish I were joking or exaggerating but unfortunately I am not. After that initial encounter I was assigned a "special" customer service rep whom I was told would look into my complaint. After 6 weeks of trying to connect directly with Dacor, they have been unresponsive. To be fair we have had multiple back and forth emails and I providing them both my and my wife's contact information to make sure we were available. It has now been several weeks since any communication with them.. their strategy worked.. we give up. They suck! Do not buy anything from this company. Original review posted by user Apr 10, 2019 I spent over $10k on a Dacor refrigerator back in Dec 2018 to take advantage of the "year end promotion". It is now April and my built in water dispenser still does not work. After sending our their maintenance tech for their "white glove service".. I was just informed that Dacor will not cover the problem and to call a plumber.
