Do not buy anything made by Forest River

We traveled from CA to Ohio to purchase a new RPOD 195. When we were in Texas, on the way home, - the front window broke. I called the dealership immediately. We were told to get somewhere safe. I called them again to let them know where we were. I was told to find an RV place in Lubbock, Texas. We were about 20 miles from Lubbock when this happened. I found a dealer, and I was told by Brian Combs that a window would be shipped to the RV place in Lubbock. We stayed in Lubbock for 4 days waiting for the window. Brian called to say he couldn't get the window, and we should head home. I was told our stay in Lubbock and our hotel costs driving home would be covered. It was a tough drive because we wanted the cardboard to hold. We had covered the window with cardboard and then plastic to be waterproof. This began 10/24. Today - 12/5, I received a call from Brian Combs saying Forest River was not going to pay for anything. He gave me the name of the woman who "is at the top. Susan Thornburg and her number is 574-84*-564. I called her, and she was upset because I had called on her personal cell phone. I informed her this was the number I had been given. She said she would call me back on the business line. This was about 3pm Ohio time. She never returned the call. Now I have a trailer at a local RV dealer. Couch's already assured him the work would be covered, and they would send the window. I took the RPOD to the local RV repair on Nov. 19. It has been there and no one has communicated with either of us until today. We saved for 3 years to get this trailer. What a disappointment.
