I brought a sofa and love seat from this company. It started to immediately fall apart. The leather was coming apart from the pillows exposing the inside stuffing in less than a month from purchase and delivery. I contacted customer since I had brought the warranty. Which is a RIP OFF! Customer service immediately said that not our department you have contact the warranty department. THREE TIMES I HAVE FILED A CLAIM NOTHING HAPPENED! Then the sofa completely beginning to fall apart. The frame of the couch started to cave into itself. I again contacted customer service who again stated that not our department. Contact the warranty department filed another claim. THAT WAS NOT ADDRESS ALONG WITH THE FIRST CLAIM. Needless to say DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. Its furniture is cheap and poorly made. The warranty is a waste of your money. Customer service is only there for show they handle nothing! You will be handling over to this company for hard-earned money for free. Shop anywhere else don't waste your time at American Signature or your money!
