Between Oct and Nov 2018 I won 9 or 10 auctions. Spent about $900. All the wins had a 3 to 7 day shipping time. After 3 weeks I canceled an order. Then waited forever for refund. After nothing else being shipped, I cancelled remaing orders except for 1 which finally shipped but I never received and now theres a claim. However Bidz send an email link and you fill out the report. It will say sent on the screen but its not acknowledged by email or on your account. I've sent several emails to make sure its documented. The other orders are finally marked cancelled but almost $700 has not been refunded. The banks are involved now. Also their auction items can usually be found much cheaper on Ebay and Amazon and you will get your order. It seems there are only 3 names that send email responses....eventually Just stay away and shop elsewhere
