Overcharging me on a 2011 Kia Forte. My understanding after a stack of paperwork that was thrown at me the balance was $12,908.83 which I feel was to much for a 2011. None of my payments is going towards the car. I feel I'm being riped off. CNAC is now charging me $7000.00 for financing a 2011 Kia Forte I feel this is illegal and usury and I'm paying on some one elses car payment. Please help me this is sooo wrong.
