Ordered a 4k octa core Pro +. Instead I received a Max+. Wrote 3 emails and finally got a email that said send it back. This was on April 25,2019. Mailed back product on the 26th and was received in their mailbox on April 30,2019. I have still not received any response from them. Now my credit card company is taking care of this. I tried to go onto the web site for this company today and there is no such web site. A pears that it is now shut down. RIP OFF. The company is no longer on E Bay more.
