I've never worked with an organization like this. You make agreements via their support system and there is no follow through. They made an agreement to extend one payment and took the payment out any way creating major cash flow problems for me. I just don't understand how an organization can exist in financial environments that is so unresponsive to consumer requests and shield their inadequate system by ridiculous blanket statements. Do not borrow from them.
