THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Room had writing on the wall, and we found two baby roaches by our trash can, The heavy set gal upfront I believe her name was Sally? I couldn't really catch her name over her yelling at us and threatening to call the police simply because we were asking for our deposit back after the manager of the housekeeping crew walked through our room and verified that the room was ok to refund security deposit, I have never been treated so poorly by a "manager" on duty, you could tell she has had no home training the way she threatened us in front of other customers who were agreeing with us, we were told accounting could solve our problem in the morning but when we went down accounting was magically unavailable, I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN and I feel for the Best Western brand as it's being tarnished by such low budget employees at this location might I suggest to Steve the manager you retrain your front desk staff and maybe do your job and deal with customer issues
