Terrible experience! Do NOT book with this website. I booked accomodation for Christmas and paid the money, I received an email about a month later saying the dates I selected are not available when the Aroma website clearly stated that the dates I was selecting were available... and I was able to purchase it! Normally a website has it in record that a place is booked out on a certain date and won’t even allow you to select it let alone pay for it! I then rang the accomodation and they told me that I shouldn’t have been able to select the booking for only two days (which I had with aroma) as they have a 5 day minimal stay!they told me that they can’t do anything about it and I’ll have to contact the website I booked with. Tried contacting.. said they had creased and were no longer a buisness. Emailed several times asking for refund and can’t get in contact with them just no answer.
