Do not believe their advertisement!

I wish to give customer service 0 if available since they do not even deserve to get 1 review. I purchased $75 gift card and their advertisement said I will receive $25 bonus reward on 12/26, but if course it never happens. The customer service said I would need to wait until next Tuesday, then they can email to let me know- WHAT? next Tuesday, it ruined my shopping plan and I feel their customer service does not even want yo help customers.
