I received a call from a realgy energy agent in 12017 I was told NO contracts cancel any time. ALL lies. I tried to cancel in 2018 but it was going to cost me $80.00 cancelation fee. He said I would need to keep it until January 2020. Called to cancel now being told have to keep it until April 2020 or pay the $80.00 cancellation fee. Have had them on my gas account 2 years and 7 months. Still can't cancel. My contract that I never signed said 24 months. Have read complaints that you pay the $80.00 to cancel and they still will not cancel. I have contacted the BBB and will be getting a lawyer if this is not cancelled and resolved. The agent that has called is very rude and will hang up on you but will not give his name.
