My card has been stolen in November it took them 2 months to send my replacement card I filed a dispute they claim that paper work was sent out too my home and i never received nothing I been living here for almost 5 years and I never had a problem receiving my mail until now and the only option they give you is they can request for it to be sent out again and you would have to wait another 7-10 business days too receive it had every time i call they always tell me different *** and honestly its *** me off and its very unprofessional and never distasteful
