Do not bank here if you ever think you will need to recieve help from their call service

I was refused help to activate a debit card and I really needed to activate it. I was first asked a myriad of questions. Then kept on hold forever. Then when the call service rep came back he informed me he could not activate my debit card because I could not tell him the details of the last ACH transaction of my account . I am a pretty nice guy but I finally exploded. I demanded to speak with the rep's superior. I was put on hold and nobody ever came back on the line.
