I arrived at 5am at the Levai Mbatha Clinic in Evaton and I was number 2 in the *** that the door security instructed me to follow after telling him that I was there for dental service. When staff arrived at 7h15 I was told that I was in the wrong *** and I need to restart a long, slow moving *** for dental service. I objected and requested to be in the front line of the dental service ***. An administration staff member told me i should restart the line. I refused and I asked to lodge a forma complaint. Staff and nurses advised me to wait for the facility manager who arrived after 8am and said she cannot talk with me because she was busy. Two services were thus denied to me: dental service and lodging a complaint against poor service.
