I am emailing because I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. I am paid in full at the White Rock Location on Garland Rd. in Dallas, Texas. I am uncomfortable in returning to the location or using the rest of my unused paid membership due to the Covid-19 pandemic and me being high risk with having high blood pressure and being 46 years old. I do not want to risk catching the virus or risking my life. I have contacted the owner of this location on several occasions without any resolve. The owner Daniel seem to not care about my concern and refuses to offer a refund for unused membership or even give me a partial refund. He has yet to respond to my lately email and seems to not care about his customers concerns. Unfortunately I do not have over $800.00 to give a way and I work hard for my money. Is there any way to help me resolve this issue. I did not want this pandemic or the loss of my hard earned money. This is very alarming to the type of business ethics of this company as well as it's treatment of its consumers. Very bad business practice and poor customer service. User's recommendation: Do not use this business.
