Dissatisfied with quality of meat

We purchased several boxes of various cuts of beef on 8/24/10 for $ 189.00 and we are not totally satisfied with the purchase. I called the company the beginning of December and was told I would receive a return phone call and this has not happened. When I called today, 1/28/11 the phone is temporarily disconnected. The claim they belong to the BBB but the BBB web site states they are not.
