Used weedeaters for he first time and the head broke off. Now I get told it's not covered under guarantee. But when we bought it the sales person told us the weedeaters has 1 year guarantee. Bought it 5 days ago. Now they don't want to assist us with the replacement. I payed R890 for nothing. Please contact me urgently. 067010****. Thanks Juanita Smith
