Dissatisfied with comfort.

Paid $1,500 for a Serta comfort I Genius mattress 9 years ago. Mattress has became very soft. It has a twenty five year warranty. Which does not cover personal comfort or loss of firmness. After contacting the company and complaining, I was told to read the warranty. The only thing they consider is if it sinks more than 3/4 inch with no weight on it. The soft and mushy form slowing recovers to a level height. The firmness is gone, the comfort is gone. I literally have to climb up a hill to get out bed. User's recommendation: Don't spent a lot of money on a Serta Mattress with a worthless warranty.
