Dissatisfied with bad service

The manager at 320* ***th ave SW federal way, WA Acted very, very bad and took my money at window for drive through, gave me wrong order and refused to fix it further refused the service and had to call the police to witness this bizarre behavior. She gets upset because I told her ism going to call KFC. She told me if I call then I will be speaking to her then I said I don't think so, and that's when she became animated and acting funny. So had to ask her to give me receipt because she kept it, I drove after that to another KFC location in Kent, WA to complete my order for the kids. Please respond to my complaint ASAP I request a response in writing: WADMAHIELDIN@***.COM User's recommendation: Pending.
