Lived at AIY properties for 2.5 years. 1 BR apt. in Lakewood. The management office only cares about getting you in and signing a lease. They do not know how to follow up with their resident's concerns or complaints without attaching a price tag to it or completely ignoring the situation. I have been mis-directed and bullied by the AIY Lakewood repeatedly over the years. They even tried to convict me while I was under the CO-Vid memorandum and made false claims against me to try to get an eviction. This is the second time I have had to go to Lakewood Housing Court. The first time was over 200.00. A math error that was made by them. People do not stay at that office. There are constantly new people that you are talking to that don't know their job. And the corporate office in Independence is not better! They just plead ignorance. User's recommendation: do not rent from them!!
