I have a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox that was part of the class action lawsuit, where an Order was issued in November 2019. Jenni (Jennifer) has said numerous times that she would call me back regarding this matter and has not. The vehicle was using an abnormal amount of oil and gas was leaking. The vehicle has been repaired numerous times, with replacing the spark plugs, but it has not been a fix. I took the vehicle to the dealership for diagnosis. When I went to pick up the vehicle on August 22, 2020, the vehicle was not fixed and the air conditioning was not working, although it was working before I took the vehicle in. The vehicle is still at the dealership's service department. Jenni has lied numerous times stating that she has contacted the dealership and that she would call me back.
