Update by user Jun 05, 2021 Doggykingdom will not refund, nor have they reached out to try and solve this matter after my complaint Their only answer was to ship the harness to Austria and I had to pay the shipping. They have not responded to anything after I posted here at Pissed consumer. Original review posted by user May 06, 2021 I ordered a harness that would not fit my dog properly, when I tried to return for a full refund I was given the run around. I was told they did not do refunds, but they would "make an acceptation" except I had ship it back to them, at my cost and oh.. I can't ship it to them to Florida where their company is based I have to send it to Austria. Which would have cost me an dditional $20.00. User's recommendation: Never ever buy from this company.
