Dissatisfaction with using your company

Placed a claim 2/17/21 for 2 broken pieces of furniture and followed all protocols listed in the "service/protection" agreement. NOTHING has been resolved and each company keeps blaming the other for the delays. User's recommendation: DO NOT Spend extra money on "service plan".
