I had a major [more than 20] window replacement project in a historically sensitive house. I was sold windows that should have been fine, but when the actual installation people came, I was told what I was sold could not be used and so I received windows that lack the grace and beauty I expected. It was a classic bait and switch on a major job. The windows themselves seem to be of good quality, but they just look "clunky" when they should be graceful. User's recommendation: Find another supplier.
