Dissatisfaction with how my request has not been listened too.

My former husband has suffered a stroke leaving him unable to read ,write or speak properly. So he has moved into to supported housing and I am helping him with certain things. All I've asked for is for his landline to be reconnected to his new home but because I am not the account owner you can't seem to help me. I've filled in the nomination forms with his consent but still no reply to my request. It is essential I have contact with him to check on his welfare daily which I am unable to do now which is causing distress to me and him. I've phoned numerous times to customer service which to me is non existent as is the help and support you supposedly offer. I User's recommendation: If you want help or support with this company don't bother.zThey are literally all talk and no do.
