Dissatisfaction with bombardment of junk mail and with advice

Had problems reaching customer service to cancel my subscription. After half hour of waiting, I finally hung up. Sent email also didn't get answer. Card was charged. Finally, after the third try, I did get hold of customer service and Brownstone will refund the amount. User's recommendation: Walk away or run away from special offers!
