Dissapointed with customer support and service
I was doing my delivery...my last drop off was at hill avenue...after that at 11 40am onwards I was not getting any orders and the system put me on break, I was asking the customer support team and all was like washing their hands saying I did not accept the orders that's y I was put on break..how to accept the orders when I did not receive any notification???...than I was out on break until the end of shift...this is sosososo unacceptable...even if the system put me on break...after highlighting my issues...can't someone override and see what was the fault....poor poor customer service User's recommendation: Be better.
