WELL CELL C HAS GONE TOO FAR THIS TIME. IM A CLIENT FOR 15 YEARS . NEVER EVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM ACCEPT MINOR ISSUES . IM DUE FOR UPGRADE OF MY 4 CONTRACTS WITH CELL C. THEY PHONED ME MANY TIMES IN 1 DAY TO UPGRADE. THEN THE UNTHINKABLE HAPPENED. CREDIT SCORE. WAS I NOT SHOCKED. FOR 15 YEARS EVERY SECOND YEAR UPGRADE THEY SAY AND I QUOTE LET DO WE HAVE PERMISSION TO CHECK YOUR CREDIT SCORE ,,,, I SAY YES.... THEN I QUOTE MAN THE SYSTEM IS DECLINING YOU ..... I ASK WHY THEY SAY I QOUTE I DONT KNOW COZ DUE WHAT WE SEE ON OUR SYSTEM THERES NOTHING WRONG . BUT MAM LET ME CHECK WITH OUR CREDIT DEPARTMENT WHY I WILL GET BACK TO YOU. WELL WHILE WAITING FOR RETURN CALL ANOTHER 1 PHONE I EXPLAIN TO THAT ONE WHATS HAPPENING , THAT ONE ALSO SAY MAM ACCORDING TO MY SYSTEM THERE SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM YOUR PHONE ARE UP TO DATE. BUT LET ME FIND OUT WHY. I SAY OK HOPING AGAIN. ....... AFTER 4 ATTEMPS WITH PPL PHONING ME TO UPGRADE 1 CAME BACK AND SAID ... MAM ACCORDING TO YOUR CREDIT SCORE YOU DONT QUALIFY,,WOW AND YOUR ACCOUNTS ARE IN DEFAULTS, I SAY OK IS CELL C IN DEFAULT THE GUY SAY NO MAM YOUR OTHER ACCOUNTS, I SAY OK BUT ACCORDING TO THE LAW DONT I HAVE A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH CELL C AND NOT A CREDIT AGREEMENT. THE GUY REPLIES YES MAM YOU RIGHT BUT THERE NOTHING HE CAN DO.WELL I PAY ALMOST R1000 A MONTH FOR MY CELL PHONES NEVE HAS SOMEONE ASK ME FOR CREDIT SCORE RATING . THEY JUST UPGRADE AND TELL YOU WHAT YOU QUALIFY FOR. 1STLY WHAT HAS MY OTHER ACCOUNTS GOT TO DO WITH MY PAYING CELL C, 2NDLY IM NOT NEW CLIENT IM AND OLDY,3RDLY I DID NOT GET FREE CONTRACT ALL THE YEARS I PAYD , 4THLY DID WE ASK FOR COVID, I STILL PAYED MY CELL C AND SKIPPED THE OTHER ACCOUNTS DUE TO THE FACT I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP THE CONTRACT UNTILL IM RETIRING. WELL TOUGH **** , THEY STILL OWE ME MONEY AKSO OFF LAST YEAR APRIL. I LET IT GO ALSO. COZ I WANTED TO KEEP MY COMMUNICATION TO PERFECTION. IN COVID TIMES UPTIL NOW A R350 TO LOOSE IS ALOT OF MONEY. IM NOT GOING TO BE SATTISFIED WITH CELL C PERFORMANCE NOW , ALL I WANT IS MY RENEWALS, THE VETTING DEPARTMENT CAN CHANGE IT THEY JUST DONT WANT TO. I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER MUCH FURTHER. I GIVE THUS ANOTHER DAY ON HERE . THEN I WRITE TO THE ONBUDSMAN OF SERVICE PROVIDERS . MY LAST OPTION GOING TO BE THE VOICE. THERE ALOT TOU CAN DO ON SOCIAL MEDIA NOT TO DESTROY SOMETHING BUT TO FIX A UNLAWFULL MATTER. I WILL DO A PETITION ALSO WITH OTHERS PEOPLE WHO HAS CELL C ISSUES THAT CANT BE SORTED. I HAVE PROOF OF EMAILS OF LAST YEARS R350 ALSO, COMMUNICATION ALSO AND HOW MANY TIME I TRIED TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE. BELIEVE ME I HAS AN ISSUE WITH THE CITY OF CAPE TOWN 3 YEARS BACK AND WITH PROOF I WON THE CASE COZ I DONTBLIKE IT WHEN SOMEONE MAKES ME A LIAR OR TREAT ME UNLAWFULLY. AND I KNOW THE LAW , I READ, I DO RECHEARCH, I ASK QUESTIONS, I TAKE ADVISE , THEN I TAKE ACTION. I DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING A D KEEP IT ON FILE. ALL I WOULD LIKE IS FOR MY CONTRACT TO BE RENEWED LIKE THEY SAY IT SHOULD . AND BY THE WAY THE NEW POPPI ACT YOU SHOULD NOT EVEN DUSCLOSE THE CREDIT SCORE . I HAVE A EXISTING CONTRACT ITS NOT A RENEWAL.
