I looked at reviews before we decided on this company, and I frankly don't know who is writing these reviews or perhaps this company finds itself suddenly in some type of trouble. However, this is one of the worse companies I have worked with. Our initial contact was with the salesman and, of course, the salesman came out on time - he wants to sell!! From that point on it went downhill. They did not appear on the day designated to take measurements. They came the next day late. Our actual roofing repair was scheduled today and no one showed up. We called the office only to be told they couldn't find the person we were to talk with. He later called and asked if they could come next Monday. We promptly said that we were no longer interested in working with this company. Perhaps they do an adequate job at roof repair, but their customer service is the poorest I have experienced, and we live in an old home that has necessitated many repairs through the 40 years we have lived in it. Please avoid this company. There are too many other good roofing companies in Atlanta with excellent customer service. Let's support those companies!! User's recommendation: Don't use this company.
