Disrespectful, Antagonistic, Dismissive

A cascade of faux paxs over the last few orders left me with my almost $400. cancelled order in THEIR COFFERS for OVER a YEAR. The store manager would not give the extremely reasonable, drop in their bucket compensation I asked for. No responsibility taken for the accounting error, and when told he should find out what happened, dismissed me. He was uncooperative, antagonistic, and had a tag team female manager that he gestured to take over, as he was finished with me. She got in my personal space quickly, aggressively and without warning, and my PTSD dogs hackles went up. This was a deeply negative expierience for me, and when this is cleaned up in a manner that is right, and fair, no doubt I will no longer patronize this business. I had met the patriarchs of this company long ago. They were welcoming and kind, and interested in me as a customer. My intuition say Sam & his wife Lee, the patriarchs would be very upset at this aggregious error, would compensate me in the way I asked, and profusely apologize. This is not the same business, and it is a travesty.
