Disrespect of A Customer For No Reason

4

Back in October 2020 I was with my brother in the Dollar General at 1500 Livingston Ave in Columbus, Ohio. The manager I take it with no name tag kept following us around lurking everywhere we went in the store. We were quite perturbed by this, but we bought our things and left. I live in another town. So fast forward to Wednesday Dec. 23, 2020. My brother by himself went back in this same store to buy some things like milk and cereal and a few other things. He gets up to the counter and the same lady comes up to him and says Didn't I catch you stealing in my store before!? My brother says No". He has never stolen or even has a record for anything. She proceeded to grab the things out of his hand and said that he couldn't purchase anything in that store. When she went to grab the milk it fell on the floor and spilled all over. My brother just walked out. The lady told another employee to not ever let him in that store again. He also told her to prove it that he had stolen in there before. She had nothing to say. We have no proof of that evening. I just feel that my brother was done wrong and was treated unfairly. I feel he should get an apology and be able to go back in that store. If she has proof of him stealing then show it! I feel that that manager should be told about her actions and be made to make it right with my brother. There are other Dollar Generals, but it is just the principal of the matter.
