Dispute with the delivery driver didn’t receive my order need refund

The driver was very rude. Kept telling my disabled Husben to come to his car to get the pizza as he was telling him to live it on the porch and he will send one of our kids to get it, do to the fact that we have a ring doorbell and he wood be able to see our child get the pizza. Im just so disappointed I came home from work and ordered the pizza cause my kids was hungry and they with to bed with nothing to eat cause of the drive having no compassion for someone disable I dont know how a company hire someone that treats people that way as long that diver is with you I will not order with you.
