Hello, 3/30/2018 I am on the peak individual $6000 plus bronze plan. patient# 3036**** claim #27828**** service date 3/16/2018 On my policy i got in the mail in November explaining coverage for 2018, I see under Specialist visit it shows a $30.00 co pay just like it has since i have had since 2015. So I go to my doctor and end up with a bill of $235.57 NOT HAPPY. Call customer service about this i'm told this is a mental health claim which is not covered for 2018 and no where on my policy is there anything explaining a mental health claim customer service was no help and said this is what its. I feel it is very poor for Health Partners not to have listed this on the new policy. My doctor is a specialist and should fall under the $30.00 co pay as listed for 2018.
