Dispute bill

Last night, I was charged 2GB for Google Play running all night long. I have been a Verizon customer since the '90's, a long and valued relationship. I am disputing this bill for additional billing for approximately $120 for Google Play. The rest of my bill was for minimal amounts of time for time spent on the phone. The phone is infrequently used. No way have I ever spent anywhere near that amount of time on the phone. As a senior citizen on a fixed income, the phone is not for playing or researching but for a serious way to contact family members. Thank you, Connie S Gilmore
