My Granddaughter got her ear pierced in your East Kilbride store at the cost of £25 the earrings sold to her were so small they not only caused her days of pain and today they fell through the large hole and got stuck inside her ear. When we took her to the store she was told she would require hospital treatment to remove them. I looked at the disclaimer form she signed and know it is not a legal document I fully expect a refund to be sent to me within seven days for the pain, stress and hospital visit this whole sorry purchase has caused User's recommendation: Do not use this company.
