Filed accident claim for hospital, ambulance, etc. Directed to website but website does not work for filing claims OR checking status of claims. Calling and leaving a message with person who is reviewing claim is not returned and a week later, an email to check website for status of claim is received. Different "contact" hyperlinks allow you to complete "form" but when you submit, you get a 404 page not found error. The self-serve area has 3-4 options and the "claims" piece does not work but the others work. Guess they are ok as long as you never want to make a claim. User's recommendation: Avoid Combined Insurance as you are just throwing your money down the drain.
