Our first unit displayed an error fault 3 days after installation which was unable to be fixed, so a replacement unit was sent out. This new unit (clearly a refurbished one) came with missing/broken parts as well as water already inside the unit. Since having this new, refurbed dishwasher we have had nothing but issues with it. I have had it repaired by asko twice now attributed to "incorrect instillation", which might I add was installed by asko techs, but can assure you it a dish washer fault resulting in unproperly washed dishes. No amount of moving the basket, packing and repacking or installing or reinstalling (which might I add has permanently damaged the inside of my kitchen cupboards) changing brands of dish washing tablets/powder or rinse aid has fixed the issue. Moving forward, the machine is still having the same problem and I feel sending out, yet another tech, to have the problem again arise, is now no longer a reasonable solution, ideally, we would like a refund on the unit. This is my final attempt to rectify the situation with asko before I officially make a consumer complaint. Toni
