Dishonorable business practices – 7 for all mankind

7 days ago, I placed an order online with 7 for all mankind directly through their website, 2 days later I was contacted by someone via telephone claiming to be an agent of this company. He said he was calling about my order and that he wanted to check my shipping address, after doing so, he said that my order would be shipping out ASAP via the 2-day FedEx service that I had paid for. I never received a confirmation email, or any communication for that matter, so I signed into the account I had created online with 7 for all mankind and checked on the ‘order status’ tab, it stated that there were NO orders placed and there was no shipping information for any previous order??? I emailed '7 for all mankind' via their customer service contact link on the website, in fact, I emailed a total of 5 times over the course of 3 days. I called the customer service number on their website, which continuously directed to a recorded message, I was eventually able to leave a voicemail here, although I never received a call back, nor did I receive a response to any of the emails I sent via the customer service link on the 7 for all mankind website. I went to the 7 for all mankind Facebook page and sent a message, I then rather quickly received a response stating they would try to help, they asked for my email address and the next day I received a brief email from a representative from their corporate office at Delta Galil, he said he would look into the account and get the order out and that he would respond back to me shortly. 2 days later and I have not received a response, however, when I next checked my credit card transactions they had charged my credit card a second time! for the exact same amount! Two identical credit card charges, no communication and no product. Scandalous! I called my credit card company and disputed the transactions and cancelled my card out, so this sham of a company could not fraud me out of any further monies. I am completely shocked at the appalling behavior of this company, it is absolutely disgraceful, shame on 7 for all mankind. Experiences such as this only serves to lose this company money and mouth-to-mouth recommendations, they won’t be receiving any positive reviews from me. Furthermore, it is absolutely unforgivable to experience such appalling customer service (or lack of) in this day and age, especially when you have so many companies existing with pride on exemplary customer service, such as Amazon and Zappos. I would NOT recommend ordering any products through the 7 for all mankind website.
