I've been waiting for a pair of XO bones headphones for almost a month and a half. The website claims that shipping is tracked, yet I have repeatedly ask for this information and it has never been given to me nor is it on the invoice. Furthermore the company refuses to refund my money. I consider this to be unethically opportunistic capitalism, and a blatant personal disregard for me as a customer. This business has embraced a shawty and shady business model. If I don't see a resolution by the end of next week I'm going to file a civil suit against them in small claims court. User's recommendation: Don't trust this company!
