I bought a car from Gerry lane on Saturday May 25th 2019. After going to get the car the following Monday I noticed the bumper was damaged on both sides. So I brought the car back to Gerry lane for repairs. They fixed the bumper it stayed in place for about a week then popped back out. I noticed this while I was washing the car, then I noticed something else. The heel liner was missing on the passenger side of the car, I told the salesman about it and he said and I quote " The recon report said nothing about a missing wheel liner" he didn't know that I have a picture of the car on the day I bought it showing a missing wheel liner. not to mention the inside of the wheel well was damaged to the point that a wheel liner could not be secured inside it. I then looked on the drivers side which did have a wheel liner and noticed the same thing. The damage on both sides of the car was identical. I spoke to the manager about it and he says there's a lot of he say she say going on and he wanted me to lie and file an insurance claim about damage that was not my fault.
