I put dwn a.large deposit in.october 2018. The deposit was more than half the price of the home, I was promised my home would be ready mid december. My was never started, they company never sent an invoice or serial number and other needed items to the mortgage company to complete financing. It it's now the end of November and all.they have done for me is cash my deposit check. The manager never returned my calls so I went up there to try and resolve the conflicting stories I was getting but the manager refused to call the mortgage company to trouble the issues and yelled at me and shoved papers towards my face, he then told me he didnt want to build my.home and would rather return my money and be done with me. The next day after he realized the amt of my deposit was he tried to.offer me a demo.home but that home ended up being 5k more than my original home was plus an additional 3k for taxes and ins rom mortgage company for for the same home with some upgrades I did not want. I am currently waiting for my refund which is suppose to only take.2 weeks but the expected date I was, given is longer than that
