I was lied to about the quality of system installed. After phone calls not being returned by the sales rep and admin I was frustrated. In attempt to reconcile this the company told me they would restart my trial term when they replaced the equipment with the agreed quality. The equipment provided after did not meet my standards and I choose to cancel within the trial time period. The next day they came for the equipment leaving holes and damage to walls and doors. They have tried to charge me for service since and refuse to comply with the cancellation clause in the contract. Bottomline do not trust the dishonest salesmen or administration. This unethical company should not be trusted with anyone's home security.
