I am very disappointed in Mr. Richard Querney. I met him as I was selling a property in Las Vegas. He looked over in my trunk as I was leaving to go pickup a truck in order to remove a refrigerator which was not included with the property I was selling. He noticed in my trunk I had new boxes of tile. The tile was the same kind of tile I had just laid in the house his clients wanted to purchase from me. I use that same tile in many of my properties...and was planning to drop it off at another property. He asked if he could have a couple boxes. So, trying to be cooperative I said he could have them if I could pick up the refrigerator after the closing since I didn`t have a truck with me at the time. He agreed and a gave him the tile. Later , when I sent a friend with a truck to pickup my property , he was denied the refrigerator and treatened that since it was after the close of escrow that the refrigerator was his property now and not to come back or he would call the police. I am reporting this not because I need that refrigerator, but in order to save others from his dishonesty.
