This company will steal your money. I ordered a pair of glasses on 11/27 and to date have still not received it. I paid for shipment tracking and insurance. Joopzy sent me an alert that the "order had been completed," and yet the tracking number they provided showed that the package had never been sent. When I spoke with customer service, they kept insisting that "This order is marked as complete," yet have not provided any documentation. It's my belief that someone simply marked this order as "sent" and never followed through. Joopzy customer service is not doing their due diligence to investigate and has effectively stolen my money by ignoring my requests for a replacement shipment and/or refund. Please let this review serve as a warning to U.S. customers that this is a company will rip you off. Joopzy is dishonest. Do not shop with them.
