After being deceived into joining a "high end" service I have experience nothing but lies and incompetence. I would actually respect them more if they were just honest and said "we stole your money". The fact that they insist they are a quality establishment is a complete joke. You would think that a premium service would be able to make a reservation at a restaurant, and actually provide the correct information about the clients they set you up with. I have a feeling they just pay people to go on dates with you from your fees just to hit their promised numbers. After a year of trying to receive a pro-rated refund since they have been unable to honor their contract I am now paying more in attorneys' fees.
