Have LTD with Hartford. Every 3 months sending Me forms stating my Doctor has not filled out and it is my responsibility to get it done by a certain date. Their authorization form wants everything from total education, total life history, all banking information, all medical history, etc. Only to say at the end that you can submit in writing to withdraw this authorization. Hartford really wants this form signed by you. I have given Hartford my SSI statement but they refuse to accept it. Received a letter from Hartford stating that they are reducing my monthly income, that I may no longer be disabled (this from a guy sitting behind a desk, NOT my doctor). Also lying that I did not turn in my SSI statement to them. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE HARTFORD Insurance of any kind.......
