After I purchased my home, Superior Propane tried to tell me that I had to repurchase the propane that was already in my tank. I told them that the propane, purchased by the former owner became my property upon the close of escrow. My Realtor told them the same. The title agency told them the same. They pretended that they were "looking into it," and that they were "sorry for my inconvenience." They lied. Then, one day, after having given NO prior notice, they showed up with a police escort and removed the tank leaving us with no hot water, no showers or baths, or even clean dishes. They even lied to the police. The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. "Inferior Propane" would not even begin to do them justice. I had to end up taking them to small claims court.
