Dishonest. Combative. Rude.

Adam Searles, Festiva Manager/Project Lead of the Charleston location, is quite honestly one of the rudest and dishonest people I've met. My friends who traveled with us were denied their $100 Visa Gift Card even after confirming the day before that they would receive it (after the company messed up in the system). When we were told they would not be receiving their gift card, they asked the receptionist if we could speak to the manager (Adam). She indicated he was busy with other prospective customers. That was a blatant lie as we just saw him sitting by himself minutes before. We proceeded to walk back to where Adam was and found him surfing the web. So much for customer service, liar! Adam would not hear us out nor would he provide the gift card my friends were promised. He got really upset when I mentioned the negative reviews surrounding the company. Sorry bro, if you don't like the reviews then maybe you should change the way you operate your business! We ended up leaving but not before telling him what a jerk he was. To save you some time, the great deal we were offered (sarcasm!) was $6700 for the membership.
